Photo evidence that Tim often provokes the window ledge show-downs.

snow day

There's nothing better than a snow day. . .

. . . except maybe the sight of someone on all fours again, after a long recovery!

We still have to be pretty careful with how much he does with his atrophied chicken legs, but at least he can have some busting loose in intervals.

He still has moments -especially in the cold- where he'll go into "Tri-Pig" mode and hop with the limp, but at least four is becoming a more common number in his stride.

Who doesn't love a snow day?

the key

Check out these fun keys and keyholes that I ordered from Three Potato Four.

Kind of a random purchase, I know, but I assure you that this is the beginning of something quite fun.

saturday: tim's window

A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, heart warming moment. A moment I want to pause, savour and remember. If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see.

bulb brain

I learned a valuable lesson a couple of weeks ago.

Even if you may have planted your Amaryllis bulb upside down, it will still manage to grow. It was kind of a pleasant surprise when I turned it right-side-up, to see that it wasn't trying to escape its flower pot, after all. Silly me.

Cygnus, I asked

Where do you fly?

“I don’t” he said

I asked why

“Can’t” he stated

How come? I sighed

“My feet are too cold,”

He frankly replied
